Justice Samuel Alito
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito just announced on CBS News that he was considering retirement this year, but is now weighing leaving the bench next year. That means Alaska’s next senator is almost certainly deciding his replacement. Do you want it to be me or Dan Sullivan?

Our founding fathers designed the Supreme Court as a nonpartisan check on Congress. Their lifetime appointments were meant to insulate justices from the partisan whims of the nation, allowing justices to interpret the meaning of the law as objectively as possible.
Instead, the Court – like so much of our federal government – has devolved into a partisan power struggle, and Americans are paying the price.
Dan Sullivan is one of the most partisan members of the Senate. When faced with a Supreme Court confirmation hearing, we can’t trust him to ignore the DC establishment and vote in Alaskans’ best interest.
That’s why I’m running for Senate: to be an independent voice for Alaska. My promise is clear – whether I’m voting on a Supreme Court nominee, legislation, or anything else that comes to the Senate floor, I’ll only have one priority: delivering for Alaskans.
The stakes of this race were already high. Our way of life is fading away. But now, with the potential of locking in several more decades of hyperpartisan control of the highest court in the land, this race is more important than ever.
I am running in the #1 most competitive and consequential Senate race in the entire nation. So please, if you can, rush a donation to help me win in November and fight for Alaskans for the next six years.
To echo Ted Stevens: To hell with politics, put Alaska first.
Thank you for your support.
