A complete and utter failure
Last night, I took the stage alongside incumbent Senator Dan Sullivan in this year’s premiere Debate for the State and made it clear that I am the only candidate in this race with a real plan to make life easier and more affordable for Alaskans.
On stage, in front of thousands of Alaskans watching from home, Dan Sullivan was forced to confront his record of spiking prices and lining his own pockets at the expense of working people across the state. Suffice to say, his record is indefensible.
Young people across the state are struggling to make ends meet and in some cases even being forced to move to the Lower 48. We desperately need a senator with an actual plan to lower costs and deliver relief to working families, and that’s why Alaskans are ready to vote Dan Sullivan out in just 18 days.
I’ve spent the past year traveling to every corner of Alaska, from the Aleutians to the Arctic. I’ve heard from families who are being forced to choose between heat and food, from fishermen who can’t fill their freezers, and from young people who can’t afford the skyrocketing cost of housing.
12 years ago, we sent Dan Sullivan to DC to fight for us. He’s failed, and it’s time to send him home.
Two terms in the Senate should be more than enough! That’s why I’m proudly fighting for term limits and an end to the rigged system in DC that lets politicians like Dan Sullivan continually enrich themselves at the expense of the people they’re supposed to represent.
As you’re reading this, my team is working to amplify our anti-corruption message in every corner of Alaska. Whether it’s on TV, radio, social media, or in their mailboxes, I believe Alaskans deserve to know the truth about the politician who claims to fight for them. Because he doesn’t.
With that in mind, I’m reaching out today to ask for your support. It costs a lot of money to amplify our message in a state as big and vast as ours, and in a grassroots campaign like this, we’re counting on a lot of supporters to chip in whatever they can over the next 18 days so we can WIN the most competitive and consequential Senate election on the map.
I’m more confident than ever that we are going to win this race and deliver real results for Alaskans. We just need to finish strong together.
