Update on the Department of Justice’s attempt to overturn Alaska’s Senate election if I win
Over the weekend, my team and I filed an intervention against the Department of Justice, demanding that the courts immediately dismiss their baseless attempt to overturn the results of our race before most voters even cast their ballots.
I want to be crystal clear that this move by the Department of Justice is a despicable political threat to overturn an election. We will fight to ensure every single eligible voter in Alaska can make their voice heard and that no bureaucrat or politician from the Lower 48 can interfere with our lawful, secure elections.
But this fight just got even more expensive and important. Across the country, all eyes are on us. The DC Republican political establishment has made it clear that taking us down is their #1 priority, and we need to fight back accordingly.
Election Day is just 8 days away, and over the next 8 days, we can expect even more attacks, lies, and outside spending to pour into Alaska against me. So if you can, today, please make a grassroots contribution to power our fight for Alaskans, not the powerful DC establishment.
