Update on the GOP establishment’s attempts to stop me from winning
It’s important to me to always be transparent. So today, I’m reaching out with an update on the DC establishment’s desperate attempts to stop me from winning this race and bringing an end to their self-dealing and corruption.
First, look at that 👆 After hearing from the lawyers of Alaska’s Republican-run state government, a federal judge dismissed the Department of Justice’s baseless lawsuit to block certification of this election if I win – just as every serious legal expert said they would.
There is no legal grounding for these allegations. It is a desperate attempt to block the will of Alaskans and preserve a system of self-dealing that has allowed Dan Sullivan to triple his personal wealth while Alaskans get crushed. That’s why a judge threw out their lawsuit just days after it was filed.
But this fight isn’t over. Governor Dunleavy refuses to do his sworn duty and won’t commit to certify the results of this election if I win.
We won in court yesterday, and we will continue to win this legal battle against the DC establishment. But it’s clear that we are going to be in this for the long haul. The DC swamp creatures won’t go down without a fight.
My promise to Alaskans is that I will continue to fight every day until we have a government in DC that works for us. Whether it’s to win and certify this election, lower costs, bring abundance back to our fisheries, or bring an end to the Iran war, this is the fight for our future.
Alaskans will not be intimidated just a few days away from Election Day, but we need to win by a decisive margin that no one can deny. That’s why I’m counting on you to contribute to our campaign today, less than 24 hours before polls open for the final day of voting.
We are going to win this race tomorrow. We are going to hold the DC establishment accountable for their failure to lower costs for Alaskans. And we are going to take back the Senate for working people.
